NEON TETRA HELP PLEASE!?

My neon tetra has a really big belly, **NOT PREGNANT** ive seen pictures of pregnant tetra, and its different looking. He is not constipated either. he's been like this since i got him but im worried because my other neon tetra had the same problem and his now really sick. My tetra swims fine, stays arond the other tetra all the time, im just worried for the long run.

I live in India, one of the still developing countries, with the apparent economic boom(that is meant to make India a developed country) for god knows how many years. Now I am NO ONE to judge these effects as good or bad, but my view is that in the name of modernizing ,India is simple westernizing, and so is the case with many other countries, cause frankly India is no where near at being close to the 'developed state' Britain and America are. With pollution control nowhere in control, and green house gas emissions above the limit and corruption breaking through, India has not modernized to the extent it has westernized....or has it?

Fourth Time My Brackets Fell Off?

Hi, well, I had braces for about a month now, & this is already my FOURTH time one of my brackets fell off. The first time it fell off, I was eating soft cereal [left molar]. The second & third time [happened at the same time] I wasn't eating anything. I was at school & it they suddenly came off [left & right molar], which happened a week ago. Anyone know how to fix a problem with Xpadder?

I'm using MotioninJoy Gamepad controller to use my DualShock3 controller on my pc. To set up the controller to use with Brink, I used xpadder. Everything set up fine, but when I started playing I realized the X key I igned to the L2 trigger wasn't working. I went back into xpadder and noticed the L2 trigger was highlighted like it was being pressed down, even though it wasn't. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Why won't she let me go out as much as my friends?

About a year and a half ago, I started going out alot with my friends, and about 7 months ago, got in trouble with the police a little but didnt get a record. I didnt go out with my friends at all over the whole summer holidays, and my mum and dad promised i could go out when i started school again. She said no, because i'm not old enough. And I used to take the bus all the time. She would let me take the bus, but her word is always overidden by my dads, and he wouldnt want me to. he says he wants me out the house all the time but he hates me going out and wants me in the house all time, if It was up to him Id go out once a week. Everything she says now is based on what my dad tells her to do, or tells her what to say. She complains she always wastes petrol, but If she let me on the bus it would be cheaper. My best friend is 12 and she goes out every day of the week. I don't want to go out every day of the week, just more than I do now. I used to smoke, and now my mum thinks I smoke just because my friends smoke, and always makes false allegations towards my friends and thinks they are all nasty because they smoke, and that they have no personality. I did learn from my mistakes, but she doesnt trust me, and how can she expect to trust me if she wont give me the trust that I want?

Hello, I am a Palestinian American and I recently went to a get together at a friends house (who are Iraqi/Kurds). I have tann skin with dark brown hair and brown eyes (called pretty many times) while these Iraqis dont even look arabian, they are all pale with blue eyes and they look like they are European. I speak the same language as them but I noticed in private they were pointing at me and laughing about me because of my skin color and calling me "pakistani" and "hindu" (even though they knew I was a palestinian muslim) all because I was darker than them! This man even had the nerve to come up to me and ask me if my dad was arabic and if he was born in this country and he even said, "r u sure ur arabic?? ur too dark". It really hurt me because I have issues with my skin color and I wish it was lighter. Is this more common than we think?? It also hurt me because they were stripping my cultural identity away from me and that I was not "white" enough to be arabic.

How can I get my name off a mortgage?

My husband and I have recently decided to purchase a home. I'm a stay at home mom and he works full time. He has a near perfect credit score of 785. When he went to the bank to see what we qualified for, he discovered that his name is still on the mortgage for the condo he owned with his ex wife 3 years ago! Apparently he thought he handled the situation then, but he found out he only put her as the title holder and the transaction that took place did not remove him from the mortgage. She is still living there and has been making consistent payments which is why we haven't discovered this sooner I'm guessing. I'm sure she has no idea about this at alll. They were young and dumb and had no lawyers involved in the divorce. We were told we have 2 options: Attempt to have her re-finance the loan to see what she qualifies for and have it put in her name. My husband is afraid because of her bad credit she won't even qualify for the loan and it will be a waste of time. We don't want the condo because the payments are 1500 a month and right now we pay about 900 a month. There is no way we could even afford it if we did take it over. Or the other option was...run out and quickly buy a home now (with a co-signer) and deal with her after we are in a house so that way if she were to lose her job or stop the payments we would at least be in a home and his credit would be hit hard after we were safe in our new place. We could kick her out and foreclose on the property if worse came to worse. Both options scare me and I'm hoping someone out there has some insight on how this could be handled? There has to be a way out of this mess! Can anyone PLEASE give a stressed lady some advice! I would appreciate it so much!! Thank you!!!

Does phenol react with bromine water?

Hi, I am currently working on some chemistry coursework, which involves identifying an unknown organic compound. However, I am slightly confused as to where to start because a website has said that when phenol is reacted with bromine water w white precipitate is formed, which means I could identify either phenol, alkene or alkane with one test. But my cl mates don't seem to have this information that a white precipitate is formed when phenol is reacted with bromine water. Is this correct or should I only use bromine water to identify an alkene or alkane and do a test for phenol later.

Will getting a tattoo on the side of my neck hurt?

I recently got over my depression and have been thinking for a week or two that i want to get a tattoo on the side of my neck saying "Dead Memories" in Edwardian Script ITC font. I have heard lots of different things about the pain involved with neck tattoos. When i went to a parlour today, the guy asked me 4 times whether i "really" wanted it there for my very first tattoo, this guy has 2 sleeve tattoos and is weary of getting his neck done. Decison about taking a new job?

i have been at my current job for 10 years. its for a state highway department as an istant engineer. good job, good benefits, lots of time off, holidays, vacation time, work load is easy but the pay sucks.... im debating on taking a job for a railroad being a conductor/engineer. it would be an immediate increase in salary of $20,000 a year but i would be on call 24/7 365 days a year. so at my current job i am pretty much the highest i can get without 3 more years of schooling. so my raises are basically just cost of living and union raises. but if i took the new job at the railroad i would see that increase in salary immediately but never be home till i have 20 years of seniority to pick where and when i wanna work. also the fear of being laid off starting at the very bottom again at a new job. the new job would be on call and never a set schedule. im single, no kids, and 32 years old. but i am hungry for more money to live life a little better. i want a bigger garage to work in for my hobbies. i want to give back to my parents as they are retired so they can enjoy their retirement also..... so yeah just would like your input. thanks

WHICH USED CAR TO BUY NISSAN 300ZX Or HONDA PRELUDE?

ok 300 zx was a great car..... but by now your gonna spend so much money on fixing the car rather than enjoying your car .... 300zx non - turbo is slow as heck .... even a 1995 prelude vtec will beat the non-turbo 300zx .... the preludes that are 1998 and above all have vtec .... and is definately faster than the 300zx .... even if you get a turbo 300zx by now the car is probably in crap condition because Nissan motors do not last as long as Honda motors .... and the turbo prob lost most of its boost .... I dont even like Hondas , but I would get the prelude over the 300zx

My mom and dad have been divorced for 13 years. My brother is 18 and in High School and Im 20 and I work and go to college. Recently my dad married this woman and didnt even tell us. I am biased. I love Houston. Houston is bigger than the state of Rhode Island, so yes it is big. We have an enviable climate 9 months out of the year. Summer, is our achilles heel in the weather department. Although we do not get as hot as other parts of Texas, we do have that humidity factor, so it is not uncommon to have matching heat and humidity--ie, 95F and 95% humidity. Yes, we accept non-Texans. We are friendly. The traffic is not as bad as LA or Atlanta, but it can take upwards of an hour to get from A to B during rush hour depending on where you want to go. Clear Lake is 30 minutes from the Gulf, but Kingwood is about an hour and a half from the Gulf. Both are in Greater Houston. The schools are best in the suburbs. Avoid the inner city schools. Go for Clear Creek or Katy or Fort Bend.

Miscarriage or implantation bleed? or period?

for the past month i have been feeling like my period is about to come. i had unprotected on the 13th ovulated on 14th or 15th. my cycle is usually 29 days. last normal period was on oct.31. about couple days to a week after ovulation i started to get back pain, cramps and headaches. soon after that my became so tender that i couldn't even touch them. on the 24th of nov. my discharge went from white and milky think to a brown color where i can see blood mixed in. on the 25th i had medium bleeding with some clots. not enough blood to soak the pad for the entire day. the light bleeding conti. to the 26th and then stopped, and i was only spotting after. my period is supposed to come on the 29th which it did not show. i have never had a early period or missed a period and they have been regular for the past 7 years.after the bleeding the headaches, back pain are still there especially at night and tender cont. but decreased a bit. btw im 20 no health problems etc. and my cervix is high and somewhat soft it doesn't feel like i just came off my period. plus i still have a watery discharge mixed with some milky white discharge.the headaches and tender s stated about a 2 days before the bleeding. so i thought that my period would be on its way.i usually have back pain and tender before period but never that tender. really confused and no havent taken the test yet because im in finals week in college.

Okay, on Sunday Feb 6 I was invited to go out cruising with friends and we all stopped by "Mi Pueblo" Market. Alright when you shampoo, use a non frizz shampoo and only put it on the roots of your hair. Then use a non frizz conditioner and use loads of it. I would recommend Tresemme anti sponge, thats what i use, but any good brand will work. Dont rub your hair with a towel, that causes breakage. Put some sort of serum in it, for thin hair thin hair theres this stuff called garnier fructis sleek and shine sheer that works really well, and spread it with your fingers, removing any knots. Don't brush or comb your hair, just let it dry. If you want, you can blow dry it using your fingers. Or, you shower at night sweep all your hair to the side and put it in a very loose braid. Unfortunately, Demi Lovato's hair probably has tons of product in it and went through a lot of heat damage to look like that, your hair will become really soft at least and not fuzzy at all.

Figure skates?

I am 23 and am about to buy my first new pair of figure skates in almost 6 years. I started skating at in April of 2002 and skated fairly regularly for about 3 years. Then I stopped skating almost completely until about 1 month ago. I have been skating almost everyday since coming back and I need new skates desperately. I am dealing with a nightmare situation at my work. I have an angry ex-client who has filed a grievance against me through my agency and has sent it to other professionals in the community that I work with. The grievance is filled with slanderous lies (that I can prove are lies, luckily.) This client has made accusations that I coached a child to make false allegations against them. They went so far as to say that I snuck into their bedroom when I thought I was alone in the house, took pictures of a paddle and then showed the pictures to a 6 year old to brainwash into making false allegations against them. This is clearly untrue and I have evidence to prove it. As a social worker, this kind of allegation is a huge threat to my professional career. Desperate help needed. A few years ago I converted to Orthodox Judaism when I married my wife. The local rabbi turned me away 3 times, but I kept going back because I thought that's what I wanted. My wife and I agreed to respect each other's faiths. I am now attempting to have the conversion nullified, but the rabbi is now conveniently claiming that there is nothing he can do. I even went back to the Beth Din and requested that they undo the conversion, and they won't. The synagogue won't do anything to help me. What can I do? If I go before the Beth Din and tell them I was insincere in the conversion, will they annul is then? I am considering legal action or possibly traveling to Israel is necessary. I know I can just stop practicing, that's obvious. My issue is that I do not want to be considered Jewish on paper.

I think you could make a case for either reason why Team Hughes has lost 6 in a row on the Ultimate Fighter. First of all, alot of his guys seem to be very shredded, bodybuilder types but without alot of fighting ability. They have impressive physiques but lack that killer instinct. They probably spend more time lifting weights and looking in the mirror than fighting. On the other hand, it may be that Hughes isn't a very good coach and spends more time picking on them rather than teaching them how to fight. Hughes seems to run his team through intimidation while Sera runs his through mutual respect and genuine care for his fighters. What do you think?

Probably the Chiefs. The Chiefs have one thing that the Bucs lack and that is a stout defense. I am impressed with the Bucs in terms of their offensive production regarding Josh Freeman and their receivers. However, the Chiefs have defensive consistency. They lacked defense a few seasons ago with Herm Edwards and even with Vermeil. They are a totally different team than they were in years past. They have always had the offense, and now with the defense playing well, they seem poised to make a playoff run and win the West. My girlfriend has several guy friends that she hangs out with quite often. Just last night she had two men over who are a gay couple. I think it is inappropriate for her to have men over at her house while im not there. Its not that i dont trust her. Its just that i think that its a principle thing.
