Do cons think Obama is all powerful?

Nope. He's no more powerful than Bush or any other president before him has been. But, he is at the helm of the ship. As such, people will hold him responsible for what's going on in the nation... whether he can do anything about it or not. This concept is basic politics, human nature and common sense, not rocket science.
