Absolutely. A nifty little utility is CPU-Z. It shows you pretty much everything you could possibly need to know. You can check your system for latency, it shows CPU, RAM and graphical interface statistics. I've used it in the past and I am completely satisfied with it. (http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php)
