Between couples, behind closed doors, probably no more or less than at other types of resorts. But the clubs I've been to (AANR affiliated), the atmosphere is family oriented and not at all ually charged. If that's what you're looking for, look into swinger's clubs. For them nudity is just a transient condition to something else entirely.
