Is this memory chip compatible?

I want to upgrade my memory. I just need to need to know if what I'm buying is the right chip before I purchase it because it is exchange for the same item only no refunds. According to my manual it looks like the right chip but I want to be absolutely certain first. I have an Asus M2V motherboard. Here's what my manual says... it comes with 4 double data rate 2 (DDR2) Dual inline memory modules (DIMM) sockets. A DDR2 module has the same physical dimensions as a DDR DIMM but has a 240-pin footprint compared to the 184-pin DDR DIMM. DDR2 DIMMs are notched differently to prevent installation on a DDR DIMM socket. You may install 256mb, 512mb, 1gb, and 2gb unbuffered ECC/non-ECC DDR2 DIMM into the DIMM sockets. The unit is compatible with DDR2 800/667/533 memory modules. There's a list of compatible modules but since my computer is 2 years old not everything is listed. I tried looking it up on the Asus home page but wound up more confused than when I started. I'm out of warranty so I can't call them either. Here's the chips that I want to put into my machine. I need a definitive answer as to whether or not these will work: CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-6400C5.
