If your diet is too high in sugar and carbs you will gain fat, unless you have a high metabolism or are burning it all off of course. This might be completely fine for your personal metabolism and your activity level. If I were you I might try having some protein at breakfast in the form of an egg or a slice of ham and skipping the two slices of bread. Another high protein snack is any kind of cheese including cottage cheese. I don't think you guys call it that though.
