Moving to England?

I want to move to England because i am just tired of America, i love America and all my freedom but i dint think its safe here anymore. I plan to move there in about 4 years after i finish High School, but is there anything that i need to kno before moving there, where to stay, citizenship, healthcare, anything that a real 'brit' would know, that i should know???????
