Chargers or Cardinals defense for my fantasy league?

I have the Colts defense and the Texans defense. I am dropping the Texans defense and picking up either the Cardinals or the Chargers. They both have a fairly easy schedule from this point on. Who should I pick up to carry me the rest of the season?
