Abusive Ex has breached bail - I'm scared to call the police?

Call the police. If he has breached bail conditions then he can be charged, taken to court, and jailed for this. It is a separate offence to those he is already on bail for, and if not jailed for this then his bail can be revoked and he will be remanded in custody until he gets to court for the charges he is already facing.
