Money help between parents?

Ok so my parents are investors and they have been recently investing in the Iraqi dinar.... I am 15 and they owe my $600 because of financial struggles. I want to invest into the dinar but I have no money but my parents can find $200 to buy dinar. That money should be mine but they won't give it to me... What can I do ???
